  • Deliver the services you’ve engaged us for (web development, SEO, Google Ads management, Google Business Profile optimisation, workshops)

  • Google Workspace, Zoho Bigin/Books, ClickUp — the platforms we use to manage projects, invoicing and communication
  • Third-party platforms relevant to your project (e.g. Google Ads, hosting providers) as needed to deliver the service
  • Regulators or authorities, where required by law

Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely using Google Workspace and Zoho and is only accessible to authorised LDA staff and interns bound by confidentiality expectations. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure.

Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, including any period required by South African law (including FICA record-keeping requirements), after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Object to the processing of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa)
